Passionate about people and ways of working together, Cezara is a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader with a successful track record in project, program and portfolio delivery, operations management, change management and communities building.

As part of the Operations team at Fortech, she is currently leading the organization’s PMO strategy and team and driving the project management & operational excellence initiatives.

In the out of office hours, she is an aerobics group trainer, but don’t worry, her session will not involve a cardio workout. :)
