After receiving his Dipl.-Ing (FH) in Informatics followed by a M.Eng degree in Communication Technology, Mr. Raabe started his career in the automotive sector and have worked in different positions along the years.

In 2015, he took over the responsibility for Bosch Engineering Center in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The young organization that today has more than 650 associates delivers innovative solutions in software, hardware and reliability engineering. The main projects focus on automated driving, vehicle electrification and connected devices & industry. In order to sustain the continuous growth in projects, responsibility and associates, in 2018, the organization reached one of its most important milestones: start building its own SW development office in the heart of Cluj-Napoca.
